Your student/athlete needs to make sure they
have an updated Physical Form, Blue Emergency Medical Card and the Purple Student Athlete Data Card, on the first day of tryouts or practice. In order to have a purple Student Athlete Data Card and Blue emergency card, you have to attend the mandatory Student-Athlete/Parent meeting. If you do not have an updated physical within a calendar year- you can not practice or tryout for a sport. Blank Physical Forms are located in the athletic office @ Ridgeview or on the Ohio High School Athletic Association Website.

2012 Mandatory Fall Football, Cheerleading, Boys and Girls Golf Student Athlete/Parent meeting is Monday July 30th at (Lakeview Jr. Highs Main Gym) at 7:30. In order for your student to participate in a sport - this meeting is mandatory. Make sure
your athlete has an updated physical before July 30th. They may NOT tryout or practice without an updated physical turned in to the coach to be put on file.
Practice begins Tuesday July 31st. Times and practice locations will to be determined at a later date.

Cheerleading Information
Interested in trying out for cheering at Ridgeview or Pickerington Central?
Come to our parent and athlete meeting and get the information you need!
Join us May 7th at 7pm in the PHSC Cafeteria to meet our coaches, learn about our program and get the important information you need about our program expectations for the coming year. All interested parties and their parents are invited to attend! For future planning:
Tryout dates for the High School will be May 15-18 at PHSC after school.
Tryout dates for the Junior High will be May 22-25 at Ridgeview after school( we will accommodate for those coming in from the middle schools)
Can't make it? Please check with your individual schools for a tryout packet after the meeting date.
